But music and film industries remain his main purpose in life.

While getting ready for the big comeback in Morocco, he founded Jay Vibe Records, in 2018, a US music label based in Atlanta. Consequently, when the number of the international signed artists grew significantly, Elam took the initiative to set up his own offices and recording studios, in Miami, investing time on creating a music catalog unique by it’s mixture of influences and styles.

Driven by a tremendous ambition to succeed, at the highest level, in his motherland and armed with tons of patience, Elam decided to give himself all the time needed for implementing and developing essential audio and film infrastructures in Morocco and for training his own teams of professionals who got the strength, the attitude and the mentality for this business.

The huge project is home for Rise the nation, the first major music label in Africa. Unveiling to an international audience the remarkable talents laying on the continent, is the label’s ultimate goal.
